Delivery area
- PhaniTime currently ships to addresses within South Africa only.
- We offer door-to-door delivery and locker-to-locker delivery options where available at checkout.
Processing and delivery times
- Orders are processed after payment has been successfully received and confirmed.
- Estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days after order processing, depending on your location and selected delivery method.
- You will receive order confirmation by email when your order is placed, and shipping updates when your order is dispatched.
Shipping fees
- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your selected delivery method and order subtotal.
Delays and courier issues
- PhaniTime is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, incorrect delivery details supplied by the customer, or events beyond our reasonable control.
