- PhaniTime is an authorized South African retailer of Nibosi watches. We sell genuine Nibosi watches sourced from approved suppliers. PhaniTime is the retail store; Nibosi is the product brand shown on each watch.
- By using this website and placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or guardian.
- We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
2. Products and Pricing
- Products listed on our website are genuine Nibosi watches sold by PhaniTime unless clearly stated otherwise.
- Product descriptions state materials and movement type (for example, gold-tone stainless steel and Japanese quartz).
- All products listed on our website are subject to availability.
- We strive to ensure that product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. PhaniTime reserves the right to correct pricing or description errors without prior notice.
- Prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR).
3. Orders
- Once you place an order on our website, you will receive an order confirmation via email or WhatsApp.
- PhaniTime reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order if the product is out of stock, payment cannot be verified, or there is suspected fraudulent activity.
4. Payments
- We accept secure payment methods such as iKhokha (card and instant EFT), manual EFT (bank transfer), and other methods displayed during checkout.
- Orders will only be processed once payment has been successfully received and confirmed.
5. Shipping & Delivery
- PhaniTime offers delivery within South Africa. Delivery times may vary depending on your location. Estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days after order processing.
- Shipping fees may apply unless stated otherwise during promotions. See our Shipping Policy for full details.
- PhaniTime is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or circumstances beyond our control.
6. Returns & Exchanges
- You may return an unused item within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange (change-of-mind returns), provided the product is in original packaging with all tags and accessories.
- If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) must be provided for all returns.
- Returns or exchanges will be processed once the item has been inspected and approved. See our Returns & Refund Policy for full details.
7. Refunds
- Refunds may be issued for approved returns within the returns window, or when a product is damaged, defective, or cannot be replaced or exchanged.
- Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method where possible.
8. Intellectual Property
- PhaniTime logos and website content are the property of PhaniTime.
- Nibosi trademarks and product branding belong to Nibosi. PhaniTime sells Nibosi products as an authorized retailer.
9. Limitation of Liability
- PhaniTime will not be held liable for any indirect or consequential damages that may arise from the use of our products or website.
- Customers are responsible for using products according to the intended purpose.
