Every PHANITIME timepiece is backed by a complimentary 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.

What is covered
- Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for 12 months from the date of delivery.
- Issues with movement, hands, dial, crown, or case integrity that arise from production faults.
What is not covered
- Normal wear and tear, scratches, accidental damage, water damage from misuse, or unauthorised repairs.
- Damage caused by improper storage, impact, or exposure beyond the stated water resistance of the watch.
How to claim
- Contact phanitime@outlook.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the watch.
- Our team will review your claim within 2–3 business days and arrange repair, replacement, or refund where applicable under this policy.
